About the Campground
Cabin Fever was developed in 2003. We are located in Victoria, Illinois about 1 1/2 miles from Snake Den Hollow and are conveniently located 20 minutes from Galesburg, 35 minutes from Kewanee & only 50 minutes from Peoria and the Quad Cities.
We currently have 5 lakes and many acres for the hunting months and camping season. We offer tent camping and trailer camping with water & electrical hook-ups. Pull-thru sites available. Seasonal sites with Full Hook-Ups.
Cabin Fever offers great fishing, loads of nature watching, hiking, and beautiful sunsets. Fishing docks, boat ramps, boat rentals, a playground and hayrack rides on occasions complete our camping facility. Our season runs from April 1st until October 15th.
At Cabin Fever, enjoy 5 lakes to fish, a playground for the kids, a pavilion for your gatherings, and a sky full of bright stars to view at night by your campfire!
Tent or Trailer Camping
Rates are based on couples and families only. Families are defined as two adults and two minor (under 16) children. Grandchildren are always welcome.
Cabins on the Lake
The single room cabins with loft sleep up to a family of six. The cabins have electricity, air conditioning, small refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee pot and table and chairs. Covered porch, charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic table all provided for your use.
*Visitors must provide their own bedding, towels, cooking utensils and other camping items.
Victorian Homes
These houses have beautiful lakeside views with numerous entertainment possibilities. A large accommodating yard for your gatherings. There are two decks, and both have access to a gas grill and a charcoal grill for those who love to cook out. The decks offer a quiet, relaxing place to sit and enjoy all of nature’s sounds. There is also a private fishing dock, walking trails and boat ramps for your enjoyment.
Hunting & Fishing
We offer waterfowl and deer hunting with dogs welcome. Waterfowl hunts include heated lake pits & heated field pits, decoys, and guides available with professionally trained dogs. Morning and Afternoon Hunts are available to book.
Fishing months are February to Mid-October with annual memberships starting at $300. Fishing may be enjoyed on all lakes! We practice catch & release.
